We accept checks and money orders. In addition Visa, Mastercard and American Express can be submitted through our online shopping cart as well as by phone.
Return Policy
Returns must be received within 15 days of the date of receipt in ORIGINAL resalable condition. This will require careful packing.
Before returning any product, you must either call or email with your order information and reason for the return. We will then issue an RMA number. No returns will be accepted without an RMA.
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to the returned merchandise. Shipping is non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE: Special Orders and Custom Orders (items produced to your requirements) are NON-REFUNDABLE, so please be certain of your choice when placing a special order.
No exceptions will be made to the above policies.
